Does the equal distribution of resources have some-thing to do with loneliness? Are abundance and scarcity both reasons why people retreat into the private sphere? If so, what kind of abundance or lack is the cause? In Soup Kitchen, the ingredients of loneliness—a topic rarely discussed—are “warmed up” for debate. In a temporary space hosted by Pfarrhof Oberwölz, the Arbeitsgruppe Einsamkeit (project group on loneliness) explores new forms of coming together while documenting the lack of communication in the region.
